1. What is CereTea’s shipping policy?
CereTea offers free shipping in the continental United States. We currently do not ship to international destinations, but if this applies to you, message us directly.
2. What is CereTea’s return policy?
CereTea does not accept returns, nor do we supply refunds. However, if your package is damaged upon arrival at your destination or if the product does not meet your expectations in any way, please email us a photo so that we can assess the situation and prevent it from happening again. If your shipment is found to be anything less than what we shipped, we are happy to replace it at no charge to you.
